I used these the past weekend for a wedding ceremony that held 10 inch alto speakers. They worked well for my application. I however would be cautious using to heavy of a speaker, as they are light built tripods. They are a very good buy for a lighter speaker. Read more

The speakers I have are very lightweight so I'm not sure of the weight limit but my old stands would topple over during karaoke if they were even bumped the slightest way.
