Not a sponsored review. Just bought it to see if it was really worth it. For 20 dollars, your expectations can't be THAT high. Not when there are so many brands of backpacks out there, specifically packs for traveling. The whole gimmick is that this pack folds up so you can stuff it in a suitcase/other bag and use it as needed. After putting this thing through intensive tests, I can say it does EXACTLY what they advertise. And that's fantastic! It is a simple day pack that is easy to take anywhere. The 35L capacity main compartment translated to 21 beers plus 15 McChickens successfully without any signs of strain. It also held an 8-foot venomous snake effortlessly thanks to the thin but strong material and smooth zipage! It didn't keep my yogurt cold at all...but they never claimed it would, so I can't be too upset. Surprisingly, it held up incredibly well to my constant passive aggressive remarks, of which all travel bags are bound to endure when accompanying travel couples. For those who travel at night, this backpack can also withstand complete darkness. In all seriousness, we really thought this bag would be great for those who ride motorcycles that don't have saddlebags. It's small and light enough to put in your jacket or tank bag so you don't have it flapping around empty on the way to your destination. If you are wanting a more durable backpack with stronger material and stitching for strenuous hikes, Osprey is the next step up (as is the price range). But for 20 dollars, you get a prime product (get it....Prime. Because this can be at your house in 2 days or less). Read more

Just purchased 2 of these backpacks, one for my husband and one for me. We were going Turkey and hog hunting and needed a backpack that would be packable enough to fit in our already over packed suitcases. This backpack is very nice looking and folds up into itself to make a very small triangular shaped soft item. It easily fit into my crowded suitcase and was very light weight. When opened, it was a full size backpack. For Turkey hunting it carried many heavy brush cutting tools, my calls, first aid kit. Shells and snacks. The water holders in each side were deep and there is a strap to cinch up to keep the bottles from falling out. I was amazed at the weight this backpack could handle. The mesh straps were comfortable on my shoulders and the stitching is very heavy duty. The pack was heavily covered in red mud but wiped clean with just a damp cloth. I am so impressed with this backpack. I will continue to use it when I fly and space is limited. It will also make an excellent day pack for shopping or hiking. I really thought we would only be able to use a pack like this once then discard it. I was wrong. This pack is made very well and exceeded our expectations. The price point is low for the quality of the item. Read more

Best Travel Backpack I’ve Owned – Used on Every Trip for 2 Years! I’ve had this TRIPPED Travel Gear 35L Foldable Backpack in Granite Grey for over two years now, and it’s been my go-to bag on every single trip – from tropical getaways in Maui to multiple cruises, beach days, city explorations, and everything in between. What I love most: • Super lightweight and incredibly easy to pack – it folds down tiny into its own pocket, so it barely takes up space in my luggage when not in use. • Holds way more than you’d expect – 35L is perfect for a full day out. It easily fits everything we need: snacks, water bottles, towels, souvenirs, cameras, jackets, you name it. Plenty of pockets keep things organized. • Durable and comfortable – After constant use (and some abuse) over two years, it still looks and performs like new. The padded straps make it comfy even when packed full, and the material handles splashes and light rain just fine. This has become an essential part of our travel routine. If you’re looking for a reliable, packable daypack that can handle real-world adventures without weighing you down, this is it. Highly recommend! Read more

Tripped Travel YouTube videos helped us prepare for our trip to Peru. So, when we needed a day pack for the trip, we wanted to support their travels by purchasing this product. So glad we did. The pack is super light weight, folds down to small size for packing, fits everything well including two big water bottles. I think it has the perfect number of pockets, nice streamlined shape which worked both for my shortness and my husbands’s tallness. I like the chest strap for when we really had it full, and the extra straps on the side to decrease bulk and/or hold tall water bottle when needed. I definitely recommend this day pack and the Tripped Travel brand and videos. Thanks for the great product and inspiring adventure in others! Read more

Overall, this pack is great, and I'd buy it again. It stood up to five straight weeks of daily use with only on minor problem (see below). The design is excellent. The interior pockets for organizing are very helpful, and the sunglass/phone pocket is a great place for items that need to accessible (we used it for an Anker battery pack). I also really like the two generously-sized waterbottle pockets on the sides, and the fact that there are straps to hold the bottle(s) in more securely. Like any daypack, if you just throw everything in without thinking, things will poke you in the back, but if you think about what going against your back, the pack itself is quite comfortable, even to carry all day, and it can handle a fair bit of weight (mine had two full Nalgene bottles in the outside pockets, several Moleskine journals, a full-sized DSLR and extra lens, and various odds and ends. The only issue we had was that (as a couple of other reviews noted) the seam right above the sunglasses pocket popped loose after about four weeks (see photo). I feel like if that seam could be more reinforced, even if it added to the cost, this would be an unbeatable bag (and at an unbeatable price!). As I said, even with the stitching issue I would buy this bag again! Read more
