Normally, TLD products are a win every time. This one? Not so much. Since it was sold out in Europe, I thought I was being clever by ordering from the US. What arrived? An empty envelope. Bold move TLD: shipping me the concept of the product instead of the product itself. To be fair, Amazon’s Customer Service was quick to issue a refund, but honestly, a simple “sorry, we can’t ship to your country” would’ve saved everyone the hassle (and me the excitement of opening a disappointing empty package).
