I ride my mountain bike in areas where the trails can be very narrow and overgrown, so my hands get hit by branches and plants with stingers. I tried a few different kinds of gloves to protect my knuckles and fingers and these by far offer the best protection. The knuckle pads are pretty standard and seem to use the same exact pads as every other glove with D30 knuckle protection. Either D30 sells a knuckle pad part used in a lot of gloves or various brand’s models are made in the same factory, which wouldn’t be surprising. However, these gloves add some useful pads for the backs of your fingers as well, which I haven’t seen on other models. This really helps protect from getting stung by plants. Also, the finger tip touchscreen feature is the best I’ve seen. While most gloves use threads or a very thin layer of conductive material, these gloves have little pads that seem to be well sewn into the material and look like they’ll hold up a lot better than the other options. I’m ordering a few more pairs of these while they’re available I’m case TLD decides to change or discontinue the model. Read more
Great gloves so far. Untested but better than what I sent back from Alpinestar. Real Leather is a thing of the past for now. Read more

Love these! Breathable, dopecolor and also the d30 quality knuckle protection...measured and got good fit for my hand can easily pull them on and off. Plus- surprise the touch screen fingertips actually work so i can use my phone without taking gloves off Read more

For $55 They should have had a little more knuckle protection, better abrasion resistant material closer to Alpinestars Men's SMX-1 Air v2 Motorcycle Riding Gloves. But with a little less thickness then the Alipine Star. Troy Lee needs a glove half way between these two. Because when I wipe out it's hard, it's never simple jump to my feet, I mean it's tuck and roll or fall on my back or over handle bars sliding on palms. Broke my Back twice once in car accident once in motorcycle when a man with alzheimers pulled out in front of me. Don't plan to do that again with DH/FR/Trail/Enduro Riding I do. I have a very fast Carbon EMTB. Same engine size and weight as the Shimano or Bosch. New M600 Bafang is killer. Except when it comes to trying a crank flip( recomend soccer shin guards lol) Their spindle/Dub is buil into their torque converter which means not that the fastest bearings or best free spin when back-peddling. If I didn't ride 90% Enduro, I'd prb ride a WHYTE RS180, or one of the new super long travel Bosch Driven Bikes coming out of the U.K. I like BOSCH, I like BAFANG, I don't like BROSE, or Shimano EP8. Got off topic oh well. Read more
Its a great product but the protection inside make your fore arms get tired of trying to close your hand to grip. I would prefer less protection for next buy Read more
