Best pair of pants I own now ! I like to hunt, go to the range, and I like to have pockets. LOTS of pockets ! I also don't like having pants for shooting and hunting and pants for work (Business casual job). These are perfect for both ! They're the most comfortable pants I own. I especially love the elastic adjustable sides and makes it easy for a fat man to conceal carry (6'0" 240 lbs). I love the extra fabric reinforced knife spot on the pocket but if your knife has a tight clip, you'll need to slide the knife on the non reinforced section and slide it down to the reinforced section. But I love that non the less. Size - These are very true to waste size and are forgiving if you have a gut like I do because they expand. I wear a 38" waist jeans/pants when I don't conceal carry and a 40 " waist when I do carry remembering to always go up 2 sizes for conceal carry. So I bought the 38" waist thinking they expand to allow for conceal carry and they were spot on. For length, they run short. I normally wear 30 length in all pants but these are too short. So I had to send back and order 32 length. Perfect fit now. The fabric is kind of stretchy in bending areas but super durable. I can't find a negative to write about these pants. NONE ! Read more

I've been a fan of these tactical pants for a few years now. I wear them in all 4 seasons (add long johns in winter or colder weather) They are water resistant, vented and have knee pad pockets. Having the cargo packets on the front versus the sides is a big deal when hauling a lot of gear or carrying gear on your side. It make for easier access and has a cell phone pocket of the front as well. These fit as expected and have expandable elastic waistbands for when you are carrying a little extra in the winter. Although I'd prefer a button vs the snap closure (snaps break and I know how to sew a button back on out in the field). The only two minor issues I have found with these is the ankle snaps. They don't provide enough range, as I'd prefer to be able to secure them tighter (TruSpec - go with a velcro strap). The second issue is that the insides of the back pockets are made of mess. I have 3 pairs of these and on one, the mess is coming unsewn at the bottom. I was heading out one day, just about to get in my car when I saw a $50 bill next to my foot. I looked behind and saw a few other bills. Picked them up, shook my pant legs and more money came it. I typically put cash in the back pocket and zip it closed, thankfully they started coming out before I got anywhere. Other than that, these are great pants whether down-range or just out and about. Pricewise, they can be expensive. I just wait for sales or closeouts, but by far these are better than any of the others I have tried including a similar pair by UA that I also love (They have no venting, back pockets or ankle straps- great for wet weather or winter only). I love the Tru-Spec Xpeditions. I have two pairs, coyote and khaki. Extremely comfortable and good material for warm weather, but also not thin feeling by any means. The pockets are great and I use more of them than I expected to. Though not a traditional cargo, the pockets are really handy. I’m a fan. Amazing pants. Read more
