I have been buying Giovanni protein powder for quite a long time. It is so easy on your stomach no problems ever digesting this. No side effects. It is great to add with any type of milk, I like to use some ice and nitrogen coffee. It’s a delicious morning treat full of protein. I like the fact that there is not a lot of sugar in this and there is not a lot of “junk” I’ll clean ingredients. For the money this is a great value and I feel that the texture and consistency are good but for me, I like to put it in the blender and then I will put it back in the refrigerator and let it sit for a little bit while I finish getting ready. I appreciate the texture more after it has set for a little bit. It is made of a P protein so we know those can be chalky, but this one is pretty darn good and again, when I let it sit for a few that helps or if I add a banana. I’ve tried many of the other flavors and I enjoy the vanilla when I want to add fruit but because I’m a chocolate girl, I really enjoy the taste of this one and again knowing that the ingredients are clean makes a huge difference! I've been using this product over a year and love it. First of all, the ingredients are simple yet beneficial. No excessively long ingredient names I don't recognize; just vegan and simple. Secondly, and I don't know the others who find the taste not to their satisfaction, but I find it's tasty and not chalky. I make my morning smoothie with plant based milk (chickpea milk from Sprouts with 10G of protein), add Truvani (20 g of protein), a 1/4 a cup of frozen strawberries and bananas, a 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries, and some green powder or a handful of fresh spinach, and 1/4 cup of rolled oats. That's an entire, healthy, high protein meal in a cup that TASTES GREAT. Love the chocolate flavor too mixed with coffee for a great tasting mocha, high in protein! Read more

For reference: I’m a 35-year-old woman who is pretty active - I stay focused on health strong through Pilates, strength training, and cardio. So l’ve tried several protein powders over the years; I found most to be either chalky, too sweet, or full of ingredients I couldn’t pronounce. Truvani surprised me! The ingredient list is impressively clean, which I really appreciated. Plus the vanilla flavor tastes natural, not artificial. It blends easily and has a smooth, light texture with no grit or aftertaste. I mix it every morning after my workout with frozen spinach, banana, almond butter, and a bit of ginger, and it’s delicious. I also love that it gives me steady, clean energy that lasts for hours without the crash I get from coffee. It doubles as a breakfast or coffee replacement on busy mornings and keeps me full well into the afternoon. That said, I find the pricing to be inconsistent. I paid $34 for the 20g package but got charged $44 for the second bag (same size). Also, they seem to run out of the product regularly, which is frustrating since I like to depend on quality product and have it be consistent. So that parts a bummer. But if you are looking for a plant-based protein that’s clean, gentle on digestion, and genuinely tasty, this one’s worth a try. Read more

This product is really good for its purpose. I previously use to take Vega One...which was awesome. However they start changing their ingredients and the product never met my expectations. This is on the same level or in my opinion better than the Vega One I use to take. The flavor and taste is great as well. Read more
