Want to work with bands but hate the feeling on your skin (that me). This is the solution. Pricey but well-made, simple, and effective. Pairs well with other high quality bands by TRX or others, and be sure to check out the Muscle Kik Adjustable Wall Anchor on Amazon. This Band-It Kit + a full set of TRX Resistance Bands + the Muscle Kik Wall Anchors = an $8,000 dual cable cross (for a LOT less money and real estate in your workout space). TOP TIP: If you want to switch between Pronated/Supinated and Neutral Grips, simple double up the grips on a single band (as shown in image)! Read more

This is a great set for a beginner. The handles make all the difference when using bands. However, the bands included in this are very light; I needed something heavier. I had some "serious steel" bands that fit okay, but just the lighter weight ones. However, to use my bigger bands -- these handles didn't fit (There is another solution; the grips they make for barbells). Also, the TRX app wasn't much help; the workouts are mostly for the suspension trainer, and finding workouts for the bands was difficult. There are so few workouts available, that you're better off just hitting youtube for "resistance band workouts." I recommend these bands for people who don't regularly lift weights. Will I keep them? I'll probably keep them to throw them in my suitcase if traveling, just to do some light workouts and not get stale, but for home use -- I needed something more. Read more
I bought this for my trip to Hawaii to stay on top of my strength training. The reason I’m giving this two stars is not because it isn’t a good product but because the 30lb bands broke as I was unpacking them in Hawaii. The bands were fused together in a round form. When trying to gently pull the bands apart, the first band had some serious warping due to this which I figured would cause the band to eventually deteriorate sooner. The second band half way through trying to pull it apart just broke. The 15lb bands were not tightly wound together so they were fine. Being able to use the 15lb bands shows the system is good for travel, but if you are an avid strength trainer, the 15lb bands are just too weak. This is a great system for traveling, light weight and compact. But buy early and open before you leave to ensure the 30lb bands are viable. TRX needs to find a better way of making and packaging the 30lb bands. I’ll be returning when I am home. Read more
I have a number of devices to make it easier to work with bands so that you don’t have to work with gloves. By far this is the best solution out there. It not only works with a band supplied with the order it works with bands from rogue and iron infidell as well. Lightweight. Easy to put the included bands inside the handset. I recommend these for anybody who is using bands, particularly those using heavier (60 pounds+) resistance bands. Read more
