Thicker & More Resistance
Compared to my old Theraband loops, these are thicker and provide more resistance. Even the yellow band (lightest) is pretty strong. All bands I have used will "roll up" as you put them on, but these seem a little more stable that way. I use them for both my knee & shoulder rehab and they work great. If you need really light resistance, you may find the yellow band too strong. (at least compare to the yellow theraband brand..) Read more

Material sticks to itself and does not lay flat your body. Very uncomfortable. Read more
These work great
These bands help tremendously with physical therapy even lifting in the gym. I use these to prime up my muscles on chest day. They help me warm up my upper back to stabilize my shoulders and stop my shoulder pain when bench pressing. Read more

I’ve used these 4-5 times so far to do band side steps and for a few other floor exercises. So far holding up well. They do roll up a bit which is kind of annoying but overall meets my needs. Read more
