I just completed a 30 day regimen of this supplement and I have to say it's really made a difference in my ease of movement. I'm a 77 year old male who's had shoulder problems since a bicycle/car accident several years ago (I was on the bicycle). The older I get the more I realize that I need to take care of myself and that includes adding some supplements that will give my body the nutrients it needs to function efficiently. This supplement has many of the ingredients I have been taking in separate capsules, so to have many of these in a single tablet is a convenience I appreciate. This tablet is smaller than many, being easier to swallow (see photo). Before taking any supplements it is always wise to check with your health care professional. The bottle has an easy to pull strap which releases the cap for opening. Each bottle will last for a month if taking the recommended two tablets per day. What I do like about these supplements is that they're coated, so they're easy to swallow. I want the health benefits of everything that's in it, too, so whether this supplement or another, I'll be taking something like this. However, my real problem comes with the packaging. After opening it once, it just won't close back up. It's an extremely cheap, flexible lid that seems to have warped in heat at some point. Even if it worked, it's not child safe, which doesn't matter for me, but might for others. I honestly can't recommend this unless they fix the packaging. Read more
