I use this scooter for short daily trips, and it's been reliable. The 500W motor hits 19 mph smoothly, and the back wheel drive keeps me steady on wet pavement. Folding it up is easy, I stash it under my desk or in my car trunk. It's light enough to carry upstairs. The smart features are basic but helpful. The app lets me check battery life and use cruise control for long stretches. The automatic headlights turn on instantly in tunnels, and the EABS + disc brakes stop me quickly. The front hook holds my small backpack, but I wouldn't trust it with heavy stuff. In real life, the 5.2Ah battery lasts about 12 miles on flat roads. Steep hills make the motor work harder, so I sometimes push. The 8.5-inch tires handle bumps okay, though bigger ones would be nicer. It's quiet and IPX5-rated, so light rain won't stop me. Safety-wise, the UL2272 certification and 180-day warranty give me peace of mind. Customer service responds fast if I have issues. For the price, it's a great entry-level scooter for short trips, but if you need more range or off-road ability, look elsewhere. Overall, it's a solid choice for city commuters. Read more

Very happy with this scooter. Like others I feel this is more of a 5 mile or so kind of scooter, although you could certainly go further if the terrain were more level. I live where there are hills, and if I go around the block (which is 1 mile) 3 times, the battery pretty much shows half the charge left. By then the scooter is starting to have slight issues climbing hills as well. This seems consistent to me for a scooter that has a 36V, 5.2 AH charge. If you wanted to go more than 5 assured miles, would suggest you get something more than 5.2 AH. What do I like: I like the wider handlebars, the rear wheel drive handles corners well, the front air tire handles bumps better (although you can feel them in the back tire which is solid). The front tire is only for steering, the disc brake only impacts the rear tire. I like the display that shows you the mileage, as well as the power used by the motor in real time. The stand on base is slightly wider than others I have seen, and the scooter is reasonably substantial, meaning it is not just for kids. I do not use any phone app, and use the scooter strictly though the power on button, which does allow you to change speeds, although I keep mine at the default M, which is about 10 MPH. Very happy with this scooter and feel comfortable riding it. Read more

I bought this scooter for short trips, and it's much better than I hoped. The 15 miles range is perfect for my daily needs, no need to charge it every day. The 500W motor handles hills easily, and the solid tires mean no more flat tires or shaky rides. Folding it up is simple, and it fits neatly in my car trunk. The dual brakes work smoothly, which is a big plus for safety. My kid loves riding it too, he thinks it's cool and feels secure on it. The digital display is clear and easy to use, and the cruise control is a nice feature for longer rides. It's well-built, looks good, and offers great value for the price. If you're looking for a reliable scooter, this one is worth considering. Read more

The maximum speed achieved on level ground is 11 mph. For a scooter with this speed, its size and weight are excessive, making it difficult to carry. The ride itself is comfortable, and the motor noise is moderate—neither quiet nor loud. A major concern is the inaccurate product listing. The scooter lacks the advertised cruise control, and other specifications in the description appear to be false. Its speed is noticeably slow, improving only when descending a hill. Regarding the setup, the instructions are mostly clear, but the mechanism for locking the handlebars does not produce the indicated "click." Crucially, the wheels do not light up despite claims otherwise. The seller has demonstrated a lack of concern for customer experience or refund requests. Furthermore, the scooter's longevity is poor; it dies quickly and often fails within a month of purchase. Recommendation: Avoid this product entirely. I urge all potential buyers to exercise caution with this seller, research similar products diligently, and pay close attention to user reviews. Read more

I loved the e scooter and how it is built. Its battery life lasts pretty long and the weight is heavy which is kind of what you’d want because that means better quality. The functionality is also really good with the bright led screen. It can go for about 18 to 19 mph at its highest mode. For the money it took, the quality is really good. The only problem that I have is that delivery time. It took about 2 weeks to come here but it said it would take 1 week in the app. That’s the reason why I gave it a 4/5 but the scooter it self is good and I consider buying it. Read more

Good scooter for the price. I purchased over 6 months ago and have almost 900 miles. I've had it up to 23 downhill on tuck but the usually 17-19 is more than enough speed to haul my 200lbs self. I had close to 300 on it once and still averaged 12-14mph and made it back home. Cruise control feature is a plus during the winter months too. Read more
