I have had the ring for just over a week, after reading views in the app store, I will re review in a week, the plus so far is the steps monitor seems to be pretty accurate, the exercise does heart rate but if on a stand alone bike will not track mileage as it seems to need GPS, but does monitor time and heart rate, I actually purchased for sleep tracking, I am a very light sleeper and this is why I will give an update in a week. fits good stays charged, Read more
