I’ve been on the search for a pillow that will support my neck and help me from waking up with a headache at the base of my skull every morning. I’ve used a latex pillow for as long as I can remember and I still love them but when I started waking up in pain these past few months, I felt I needed a change to something that would be more supportive. Now I typically love a cloud like feel and loved latex because it’s soft and bouncy and never loses its shape, but finding that in something that is supportive is hard. So I purchased a hybrid pillow with foam in the middle and a lofty pillow on the top and bottom by Pl*to, I actually love everything about this pillow BUT I couldn’t quite get the foam center right. They even made me a thicker piece and then it was too firm. I had a piece of latex cut and that was ok but now the pillow was a bit too thin. It’s a great pillow though for someone who doesn’t have any pain. Then I tried a cervical latex pillow that was an egg crate style. It was just ok but the egg crate feel wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped and it was also a bit too thin. I then tried a water pillow after hearing such great things and honestly I didn’t get the hype at all. I got the same thing with a latex pillow and didn’t have to worry about it leaking. I returned that one pretty quickly. Next was this pillow. I saw a similar version in an ad on Instagram but then I couldn’t find it. When I came across the same concept here, I decided to give it a try. Right out of the box I thought for sure there was no way it would be supportive because all chambers felt soft. I moved them around and the most supportive was naturally number 6. However there’s a catch that I quickly learned when I tried to go to the sleep that night. 6 sits on top of 1 which is the softest, therefore while 6 is the firmest, it won’t feel that way since it sits on top of the softest. So I moved it to 5 which sits on top of 6, this will give you the most support. The first night felt really good and I was impressed, though the chambers arent very wide and it felt a bit odd on my head. Now to the next night, for some reason it felt too firm so I moved it again, number 4 on top of 5. This seems to be my sweet spot. Not too firm and not too soft, still plushy but had support. It does flatten though so you will have to move the fill around to plump the area you’ve laid on. I’ve slept very soundly and only woke up with some pain one day as it seemed I slept on my back a lot that night and that’s when it seems to flatten out the most. I usually go to sleep on my back and switch from side to side during the night. Overall I think this pillow was the best out of those that I tried. I wound up finding the other chamber one I saw the ad for and this one only has 4 chambers and they are wider, so I may buy that one to have on hand if this one flattens out too much. I do have a foam cloud pillow and a side sleeper pillow still coming to try but nevertheless even if I do like one of them, I will keep this pillow because it is definitely comfortable and I know I can go to it if I feel any pain. I have been searching high and low for the perfect pillow, and I've finally found it! This Tumble pillow has the perfect squishy yet supportive cushions, and once I found the chambers that worked for me, I didn't have the adjust the pillow once all night long. I have severe cervical degenerative disc disease, and of all the neck pillows advertised for that issue, none of them gave me the perfect peaceful comfortable night sleep that this did. LOVE THIS PILLOW! ***UPDATE*** STILL my favorite pillow, I've even purchased backups because everything I love eventually gets discontinued:( HOWEVER, I wanted to add a benefit to this awesome pillow...it helps prevent wrinkles from side sleeping! I've noticed with the chambers, the side of my face no longer gets squished causing eye creases because the gap in between chambers lines up perfectly to create a space in that area! I had cervical fusion done in 2025 and this pillow is a lifesaver for me. Being able to rotate the pillow to adjust support greatly helps with eliminating pain. The "pillowcase" provided is loose and definitely cooling but it's slippery and slides off the pillow or if you have cats, they will snag it. A minor complaint is why the pillow has the texture of fabric it has. It snags and tears easily, and that is annoying. Especially for the price paid. My main complaint that prevents it from being 5 stars is pillowcases do not fit the pillow! Doesn't matter the size because pillow cases are based on length and are not large enough to allow the pillow to be rotated without taking the pillow out of its case. This pillow needs a large, loose pillowcase for the pillow to move freely so it can be rotated, as needed, while trying to sleep. I rotate this pillow at least 3xs a night to stay comfortable. I have had to cut 2 pillowcase and see them together by hand to get a proper fitting pillowcase. Please know this pillow helped my pain reducing immensely but having to design a Frankenstein pillowcase was irritating. Please design a proper, loose fitting pillowcase that won't squish the pillow like current regular pillowcases do. Squishing the pillow into a weird lump defeats the genius of this soft, yet supportive and adjustable pillow. Read more

I wanted to like this pillow I gave it two weeks.. I went from the king, to their queen which both Become too flat in the center during the night because the pillow naturally rolls, causing your neck to have zero support. I even placed a small towel in the " hole " for added support .that didn't help. I have had the absolute worst neck pain , headaches , stiff neck and groggyness in the past two weeks. I did not sleep well using the Tumble pillow despite trying multiple positions. My pain relief was minimal, and I could never get comfortable on my back or side. I didn't have any issues with smell or pillow quality, but the pillow didn't work for me. Read more

This is a wonderful pillow and works amazingly well for me. I have chronic migraines and don’t sleep well due to neck issues. I slept the WHOLE night and I have a Purple Symphony pillow (in all 3 sizes at 199 a piece). It’s so comfortable. I am retiring those to the laundry room! I’ll update my review if it changes.
