It came and I immediately requested a return. It's all cheap plastic and the "handle" is so small it was ridiculous. For 99$ there's no way I wanted this. I would almost think the reviews are likely biased. It also looked like the box I received had been opened before the plastic bags were open. I only used the steamer once for my floors and it worked fine but today the steam would not come out of the floor accessory. I did what was told to do in troubleshooting with no help. I wouldn’t even give it one star other than it did clean my oven good when I used it when I first got it. I feel like I should be able to return it for a full refund. Read more
