Highly recommend with 1 caveat
I'm rating this a 4 because of the firmness and that the cover has straps to keep it in place. It's the same price as buying a cover for the mattress gel toppers, so I am not to concern that after 72 hours, the thickness was more like 1.75 in lieu of 2 inches. I can get a 2 inch topper later. Actually, I can even put a 3 - 4 inch gel topper because of the size of the cover. Read more

Disappointed!!-but change of view after assistance received
Horrible!!!! 5 inches shorter than stated in description. Cost more to return then purchase price. Unable to contact the seller via telephone on return label. Had 2 return only let me have 1 return label. Chat feature not helpful either! So I end up keeping 2 pieces of poop mattress pads. Shopping less on Amazon for these types of fiascos, frustrated! Updated-the seller did contact me and gave me additional instructions on the mattresses. They did after 7 days make it to 74 inches, so just 1 inch off which was fine. They also were helpful in assisting further assistance if I needed/wanted to send them back. Thank you Read more
