Wow!! Wasnt expecting that much from this, but I was very wrong. This thing is amazing. It will tone you up if you stick with it. And if you hate the whole gym culture, then this is for you. You will feel the same burn as you would from weights. The only drawback is it comes with a picture of how you could use the Twister. I had to search you tube to find a video to show me what I can do with the Twister Read more

Unsure about this purchase, so far
I ordered this for days that I don't feel like driving to the gym, or when the small gym at my job is crowded. Not sure if what I got is what I ordered. I ordered the 40-100lb model. The instructions say it's 60-100lb, which provides a higher barrier to do certain exercises if accurate. At its lowest setting, it seems pretty tough to be 40lbs.. My first day with it. Read more
