Typically I wear an XXL on bottom and this is too tight (no stretch) and see through, so I’d say it’s true to size (had to try even though it didn’t come in my size). Perfect fit! I'm 5'2 and weight 183 - 188 depending on the day and my fit was perfect at XL. Hugs the bustline with no bra and the skirt is not dragging on the ground.
