I've been using resistance bands and tubes for years, but I’ve always wished for a multi-loop band that adjusts length and is easy to toss in a bag. Most band systems out there seem to think I’m a professional mover—they require bars, foot plates, and half my luggage space just to get a chest press in. Not exactly ideal for someone on the go. Then, I stumbled upon the Two8 multi-loop bandz (with a 'z' because they’re that cool). At first, I hesitated. I had a run-in with some thin latex loop bands before—they snapped faster than a bad improv joke. But these? Not made of rubber or latex, so I was skeptical. Would they even stretch? Spoiler alert: They stretch beautifully! Plus, they feel great in your hands, like they were designed for actual humans, not rubber-band superheroes. The double-looped ends are a game changer—locking them to your hands and feet is a breeze, no awkward fumbling. I started with the red one and loved it so much that I immediately bought another. Sure, you can do bicep curls and overhead presses with just one band, but why settle for one when you can have two? I also double up for chest presses and have been eyeing the green bands. Though, between us, I’m holding out for something even heavier than red (come on, Two8, let’s make that happen!). As a vocal coach for touring singers, I’m definitely recommending these bands to my clients. They’re perfect for those tour bus workouts and cramped hotel rooms. Oh, and the little band that wraps around for storage? It doubles as a wristband while you work out. Bonus points for using that “wristband” for strengthening your fingers—it’s perfect for guitarists, drummers, and anyone who wants to avoid T-Rex hands after a long workout. In short, if you haven’t figured it out yet—I’m now a HUGE Two8 fan! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, but trust me, these bands will speak (or stretch) for themselves. Read more
My daughter’s dance coach required we get these for them to practice with. They use them to help with controlling their arms and hands while dancing. The coach seems to like them and so does my daughter. I would recommend them. Read more
Love it!!! Use this almost every day! Read more
Overall, this is a clever way to make a resistance band easier to use. Having the loops makes it very easy to make sure you grab it, or stand on it evenly (each side). It's also easier on the hands. The only downside is that it's still a bit awkward to use the loops for handles. For my purposes, it will be fine - pull aparts, stretching, some core work. Read more
This is a one-of-a-kind multi-loop resistant band or as they called it “Movement” Band. The split ends of the loop (the infinity loops) allows you to do more different types of workouts that you can’t do with a regular resistant band, for instance, the seated bicycle, infinity jackz, and infinity arm bikes as shown in their website. I recently got into calisthenics and using this Movement band definitely made my workout more efficient. Quality: They have more softer fabrics than the ones that I had before and for the same price as regular bands. The regular bands that I had felt very cheap and were very expensive as well. When I got the Movement bandz, I felt that this is more efficient and I can do a whole lot more. This product is great for people who are doing calisthenics, rehabilitation, Pilates, boxing, etc… For those of you who had owned resistance bands before, I would say the Movement band would fall under “light or moderate” resistance. I would recommend this movement band to young athletes or kids. I definitely wish I had this when I was playing sports in school. Overall: If you are looking into purchasing a resistance band for the first time - I would highly recommend Two8Bandz Movement. Read more

I had started physiotherapy for my lower back and I had to use this item. I was supposed to continue to do the stretching and exercises at home but the band I had kept slipping out. So I was really happy to find the exact band they were using at the therapist. This band does not slip and the resistance is perfect (I bought the “light” resistance. I’ve also use it to do some low impact exercises and it is perfect for this as I can still get some type of workout in my routine Read more
