I have to admit, I got this thinking it was the brand with a name just like it, as I am a fan of the other similarly named brand and also know their sizing. This is an entirely different brand and when I looked it up it said they were the official brand of the US polo assn.. I like that it is 100% cotton and it isn't itchy at all. The color is pretty and true to the photos, It's fairly soft, the holes are pretty large, so the kind of sweater you could not wear without an undershirt. It's very lightweight. It's also pretty short. I am 5'9 with a long torso and this hits me at the belly button. Otherwise, width-wise, I found it true to size. I am not sure this is meant to be much longer even on avg. height. Shorter or shorter torso might still find it a good length. It has a higher type V, but the embroidered logo is a little odd looking because the thread is more sparse rather than tight. It didn't really work for me, but I did think it was a pretty good quality sweater with a nice 100% cotton composition, and could be cute for the right person. Read more

I thoroughly enjoy that this sweater feels high quality fabric and has a beautiful color (i chose navy) its super soft and you can wear a long sleeve underneath or other layers as needed. Did I get a damaged return? Or a misfit? Something happened here that must be out of the norm. I usually wear a medium or large sweater, most typically a large to have room for layers. This large is too snug to be flattering. The neck and shoulders seem to be stretched out. Uneven, the weave is thin to the point of see through. The all cotton yarn is rough. This is a no go. US Polo Assn is a totally different brand then Ralph Lauren Polo. This is a 100% of otton v-neck cable knit sweater. It has ribbed cuffs and ribbed hemline. Excellent fabrication and quality. I accidentally ordered 1-2 sized larger so it's a big on me but I love the way it feels. Super soft and structured to fit the body well. Order true to size or size down for a tighter fit. This sweater is so versatile with so many different options from casual, business casual to dressy. It's a really pretty pullover sweater! I would have preferred it without the logo bc it's looks a little off. I feel that the price is a bit hefty competitively speaking compared to the same item out in the market It's probably over priced bc it's ALL cotton. It is breathable and lightweight but not thin.
