Received a defective bag. The front pocket double zipper was sewn into the bag, so only 1 zipper can be used instead of both zippers as bag intended to be used. Due to the defect both zippers can not be opened as they are supposed to. Not sure why the defect was not seen before shipping the item. I'm busy with work & just do not have the time to make an extra trip to do shipping store to do return. And why should I have to? Such a waist of time and money down the drain. Was hoping to use this bag for an upcoming trip! Its unfortunate that the bag was sewn defective because the front pocket would have been very useful for the bag since thats the only pocket on the bag. Decent size bag otherwise. Read more
