I like these utensils, but they should not be placed in the dishwasher. In my experience, dishwasher washing causes them to develop an unpleasant odor that can affect the taste of food. When washed by hand only, however, they perform very well. They work nicely for stirring eggs, potatoes, and fried rice, and they appear to be scratch resistant. They are lightweight yet sturdy, versatile, and nonstick. While shopping for this type of cookware, I learned that several professional chefs recommended this brand. It took a little time to adjust to them, but now I use them daily. They’re great for baking, stirring, and even spreading icing on cakes. Read more
