These are fantastic boots. I love them! Walking around the city right after receiving them proved their worth! Comfort, no areas that rubbed any part of e feet or ankles to the point of being uncomfortable. Leather upper has a nice lining, outer leather design is stylish and solid. They keep your feet fairly warm, they are not a snow boot, they are a fashion boot. But have the UGG quality that you expect when buying an UGG product. If you only wear thick winter socks with boots I recommend going 1/2 size up. However, you can wear socks with average thickness without feeling overly cramped. Read more

this was the second pair of shoes purchased on Amazon with a gift card from the holidays. The first pair of shoes I received, looked like they were plastic. The fit was loose. The boots I could barley zip of a naked calf. With leggins, I could not zip them over my calf. I do not have large calves. I will not be purchasing any type of clothing from Amazon in the future. It seems there is no control on the quality. I didn't realize Amazon was a third party advertizer for many companies and has o control of what is being shipped to customers. I recommend to go 1/2 size up as i have seen in another comment here and so far I is beautiful but not as comfortable as i though but definitely very very good material and i believe that you have to wear lot of times so you can break thru it ! Read more

I ordered these boots as a treat to myself. I have numerous ugg boots. I was a little worried about giving that much online for shoes. However, these boots are amazing and true to size. I would suggest maybe a foot liner for support in them because they just don’t feel like they have a good support for your feet. Read more
