Love the robe, but I don’t appreciate the poor packaging, especially for an expensive robe. It was wadded up and wrapped with a single torn piece of tissue paper. It is a Christmas gift for my mom so I am having to lay it out flat to get all of the wrinkles out. Not cool. Read more
