The material is so soft and warm. Length and size were spot-on. It also launders well. The only drawback is the very thick, unforgiving waistband. It was so tight! And I had purchased a size larger than I usually do as I wanted these for lounging. After cutting the internal waistband, I now enjoy these a lot. But for the price, I shouldn't have had to do that. I think manufacturers need to adjust this fault. But they are nice. Read more

Cute pants, all is good with the size, and very soft. Returning due to the color is wrong for me. I’m anemic so it’s too light. Will try the brown. Only issue was the try and buy. I had a horrible experience because 5 agents didn’t want to return my item even though it was never worn, tags intact. I was subjected to abuse by a customer service agent, due to heart prfrom all my chemo I was in the hospital from the stress. I never had anyone in customer service abuse me verbally before and hang up because I asked to talk to a supervisor. Amazon, you are better than this. I did nothing wrong. Now I am terribly ill with my heart acting up from trauma from a woman who works for you. Be kind. Read more
