They work just as well indoors as they do outside on the grill. The 11‑inch length gives you really good control. You can grab tiny veggies, arrange garnishes, pick up ice cubes, or handle hot pot ingredients without dropping anything. These tongs are made of 304 food grade stainless steel, have SUS304 stamps on them, well crafted with no scratchy sharp edges. Decent metal thickness and size. Easy to use and clean design. Works not only for BBQ, but also for cooking, mixing, serving etc. A little slippery at the tips, in my opinion if the clamping tips were designed with smooth rounded teeth would perfect these tongs with better grip. Very useful tongs, and a great alternative to the silicone/plastic ones available. These tongs are stainless steel, making them easy to pop into the dishwasher without worrying about pieces and parts. The strength is not super strong, but it is meant for Korean BBQ, so it would work for that. The part that picks up is small, so it can't grab anything large. It wouldn't work for picking up a chicken drumstick, for example, but could be used to pick up noodles, or pieces of meat. It's easy to use when picking up light/small things. I personally like having these as tong alternatives because the silicone ones I own need to be taken apart and dried separately, and I prefer to avoid the plastic ones.
