Terrible product, USB-C video output, which is the primary selling point of this, does not work. Tried: - Dell Laptop to Ipad Pro - Dell Laptop to portable monitor (confirmed works with USB-C video) - Steam deck to portable monitor - Dell Laptop to Quest 3 as a display device (not listed as a product supported, but since I use this with other usb-c capture cards, tried it, surprise, not working) Further: - Not listed on the UGREEN website (PN 757775) - no wonder, it's broken. All of my output devices above btw, quest3/ipad/portable monitor work with HDMI to USB-C capture cards, maybe not related but are as plug-and-play as can be. The use case for this product is supposed to be to dock a laptop/steamdeck/ROGAlly/phone to a secondary display. UGreen gets a lot of talk around reddit and the webs and this is probably the first ugreen product I've bought that isn't a cable from them, terribly disappointing. Read more

The video out does not work. Tried it with 4 laptops. I only bought it because it had a video output. All the other usb ports do work. All the laptops that I tried were able to output video from the usb type c port when the monitor was directly attached to the laptop. Read more
