I was so excited about this product as my last hair dryer stopped working on me finally. It worked extremely well the first time, dried my hair in about 5 minutes and I have a lot of hair. I tried out each attachment and they all worked great. The second time I went to use it it would power on for a few seconds and then shut off. After messing with it I figured out that it got stuck in the lock position and wouldn't stay on, so I was able to lock and unlock it and then it worked the rest of the time. The next time I went to use it, it did the same thing. This time seemed to be because of some lint in the filter. But I just went to use it again and it will only stay on a few seconds. I cleaned the filter, I checked all the buttons and settings. I pressed the reset button on the plug, I tried the cleaning mode and it just won't work. Very sad. Read more
