This has been a reliable and consistent solution for running my Xbox controller for around three months now. They fit perfectly and the battery door closes without issue. I can't say how many hours they last as I've never counted. And I've not counted because its never been an issue. They last a looong time. When low I swap 'em out. Easy as that. Charger is compact and works well, and the battery life seems unchanged since day one of use. The Xbox battery indicator typically shows 66% full for a very long time before beginning to show drain. From there its a faster process to empty. It will drop to 66% from 100% very quickly, if it shows 100% at all. But then it'll just stay at 66% for hours and hours and hours of use. Work well one charge can last for hours. They fit really well but I'm not sure if the face of the battery goes into the controller backwards. And the charge port will indicate that the batteries are fully charged, but when I look to see how charged they were from the controllers Xbox button they never seem to be fully charged ever.
