The perfect yoga mat! I use it for warm-up and stretching before lifting. It's long enough for me at 6'6" tall, and the 1/2 inch thickness is great. It's durable; I've dropped 10-lb weight plates on it, and they bounce off. Great value for the cost. I don't understand why stretchability is something to measure on a yoga mat.
