Despite multiple attempts to adjust the fit, it never sat comfortably on my hand. It restricts normal wrist movement and doesn’t allow for natural bending, which is essential for day-to-day tasks. If you're looking for something to brace your wrist during a tennis or pickleball backswing, it might work due to its rigidity. I purchased this wrist brace due to wrist pain. It does a great job as it is pretty thin which make it very easy to type with. I work in customer support on a computer daily. I am very hopeful this will help with keep my wrist supported. I do have one complain, due to where the cutting is near the thumb, it can be uncomfortable after a while, I did solve this by sticking a bandage near my thumb crease. Read more
