It's incredibly easy to use with a one-touch start and auto shut-off after a quick cycle. It I ran into one problem, which was my mistake. I missed the "maximum" fill line, which can be easily overlooked when filling the tank. (It's on the inside of the tank, just under the top rim.) If you do overfill it, a fine mist of water will appear around the unit, making it appear as though it is leaking. Once I discovered my mistake and filled it with the proper amount of water, the overspray issue was gone. Overall, I've very pleased with this simple way to clean my mouth guard. Read more
When I first used this device, I wondered why I ever did anything else. My retainers were crystal clear. After one week of use, the machine didn't work anymore. It is supposed to clean automatically for either 5 minutes or 10 minutes then shut off. After several uses it shut off in less than a minute. Just like that I was back to my former way of cleaning my retainers. Edit: The company contacted me and offered a refund so I would say the customer service is excellent. However, it turns out that there must have been a gliche or something I didn't do correctly. The machine is working and I use it daily. It does not get it quite as clean as the first few times but my retainers are never any cleaner than when I use this machine. Read more

I have bought 3 other cleaners for my Invisalign retainers. Until now, I have been disappointed in the quality of the cleaners. Very happy I went with this one. The combination of the ultrasonic cleaning and UV sanitation leaves them feeling minty fresh and CLEAR! It actually cleans them properly!! I use it daily and get it soaked plenty of times by accident and it is still kicking. It is way more compact but packs a punch in comparison to the others. It also looks unassuming and not industrial - the others just brought many questions as to what I had in my bathroom. Overall, 5/5 I recommend to everyone. This is after several months of hard use.
