These are excellent for workouts. I bought these for protection for my kettlebell workouts and they are excellent. They offer protection from the weights, but they do much more than that. The fit is excellent. They’re easy to use and not too stiff to put on your wrists. They fit loosely while holding on snugly. They are very well made and can take a beating. I went with classic black, but I had a variety of choices. I wanted a style that was larger but not take up my whole arm. These are just the right style for me. I have these in black white and red and I use them for Pickleball. I live in Northern Florida so it is warm and humid in the summer months as well as year-round. I like the 6 inch size of these and definitely feel like they absorb a lot more perspiration than any 3 inch wristband. They are nice and thick and fit snuggly around your wrist.
