Under Armour Adult Run Cushion No Show Tab Socks 1-Pair

Edit: 4/28/21: After wearing the same two pairs constantly when exercising over the winter I realized that with warm weather coming I would be wearing sneakers outside all the time too and it would be a bit difficult to have just the two pairs. Particularly when all my other athletic socks look dreary, nubby and have stretched out beyond fixing. I thought this is silly buy more, if they cost more that is far exceeded by how long they last and how well they wear and launder. Even with my first pair I have yet to have them stretch out, especially around the ankles, like every other pair I own. My feet are cooler, they are more comfortable and while the orange ones are a bit bright, hey they will be inside my shoe who is going to see them? So I purchased over a weeks worth and will now clean out my sock drawer, removing my old ones (they make great dusting rags) and replacing them with these. I don't always give such glowing reviews, but these socks are just great. I have been looking for months for these socks. I had found the invoice from Zappos for the pair purchased a couple years ago and they had these listed as made by Wigwam.. The photo showed this sock so I don't know if Wagwam makes this company or what. I wanted at least one more pair as I wear these while on the Elipitcal daily or when walking for long periods of time. I have not worn these for everyday use because they are so good for exercising. Thick socks are bloody uncomfortable particularly in warm weather. A lot of the thinner socks are like a liner without much if any support and once damp with perspiration, very uncomfortable. These are the perfect combination, thin but with a small amount of compression in areas where you would like it, wicking perspiration away from foot and keeping it drier than the vast majority of socks. I know from skiing that a thin sock which allows a layer of air in your boot is actually far warmer than a thick one which fills up your boot. In this case allowing a layer of air between the sock and shoe works to keep the foot drier and cooler. Indeed if you want to guarentee cold feet put on a couple of layers of thick socks in your ski boots and the cold from the shell of the boot will transfer easily to your foot and you will freeze! I can only think that allow enough room in your shoe in hot weather allows your foot to dry and keeps perspiration from wetting the shoe. I tried a couple other brands when I couldn't find these and known came even close to these. Now with two pairs I can have another pair standing by when needed! I wash them and put in dryer and my 2 year old ones still look near new so I assume that is the proper way to care for them. To be safe you could hang to dry. Read more

I initially started purchasing these socks at an Under Armour outlet and the socks haven't been there lately. I was so excited when I saw them on the Amazon. These are my favorite socks! They have the right amount of cushioning in the front of the sock and the heel. The socks hug your arches and they stay in place. Love the flat tab on the sock. Read more

Two years ago or so, I tried these socks for the first time in a size small. They fit my feet perfectly snugly and over time, I grew to absolutely love them. As a person who wears a size 7 women's shoes, the small was just right. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to acquire them in that size, so I bought them in medium, which product information shows should fit for down to size 6 in women's. These are a little bit large for me, but I still love the comfort and the way they stay up great in spite of the fact that they barely show above my shoes. Once in a while, I end up with shoes that are slightly tight. These socks allow me to wear them rather than return the shoes. They keep my feet dry too. Awesome socks! Read more

I love these socks for running. I have a sensitive skin and often get blisters with other socks because they rub across my skin, these are the best! They are very tight and stay in place. I had several pairs of these socks and I am not switching to anything else. You may think they are a little pricy and you can get 3 pairs of regular socks for this much. True, if you just need socks for everyday wear, but as I said, I use them exclusively for running and they work wonders for my feet. Last pair lasted me several months with 1+ hour long runs about 3 times a week. For me that justifies every cent in the cost. Read more
