I have the adult version of this and have been wearing them for years. My boy likes to mimic people, so I got him matching socks. The quality is the same as the adults. They've lasted me years. We don't do anything special to wash them so washability is a non-concern. The color holds for a couple of years, but then gradually lightens, but if your buying kids socks, they will outgrow it by then.
