I just received these for my son. They are very nice and look sturdy, but he hasn't worn them yet, so I cannot speak to how well they hold up in the wash or when worn. They appear to be the right size and look stretchy, but not the kind of stretchy that feels super tight on the foot (which I don't like). I bought some Under Armour no-show socks but wanted some that covered my ankles as well. So, because the other socks fit great...I bought these under Armour socks but found that these do not fit as well. I find them tighter than the no-show socks. Weird. More lack of product quality control that we all find in so many products these days. Now, I have a size 8/4E width shoe size but have to buy the larger socks (10-11, not 8-9...and why aren't sock sizes related to shoe sizes?...I don't know why but typically you need to buy the next size up), and I found these ankle socks to be a lot more snug and more difficult to put on and remove than the others I bought from this brand. They are mostly cotton, which I prefer than the polyester garbage everyone offer. But because I don't like the fit, I'll have to look for another brand or style than these. Read more
