Soft as wool
This beanie is soft. That's the first impression I got and it amazes me how much it feels like it's made from wool. Instead of wool, acrylic (plastic) fibers are the soft feel here and they capture heat just like wool too. Plus, this beanie is extra long. With the bottom rolled down it covers my entire face, adjust it to over my eyes and it covers the back of my neck. This hat would be good to use for any winter activity, and its extra length could add some extra heat where other beanies might not reach. This is very warm and feels nice but they must have made it for Roger from American Dad because it sticks about 17 inches over your head. I'll keep it for work but won't wear it in public. Read more
