Under Armour Womens Fly by 2 0 Running Shorts

Like many of the other reviews state, these shorts do run large. When I first laid eyes on them I thought for sure they were going to be too big but the fit was perfect. I purchased a size large and I normally wear a size 12 pants. The waist has a drawstring which allowed me to swim in these without fear that the shorts would somehow slip off. One of the great things about these shorts is that the drawstring is actually on the inside of the waistband. I definitely prefer this over a visible drawstring. The inside has a mesh lining which was great because I used these to swim. I normally HATE wearing a bathing suit but my two young kids were getting swim lessons and I had a feeling I'd have to get in the pool with them. These shorts allowed me to stay a bit more covered up than a regular bathing suit would have. (I paired them with a loose fitting tankini top and it was very cute.) They are extremely lightweight and breathable. I didn't have to wring out any water when I stepped out of the pool because they didn't absorb much at all. I purchased a black pair and had no issues with them being see through. If you're planning on using these to swim I would not recommend purchasing a light color since the fabric is so thin and lightweight. I swam in these three days straight and each night hung them over my shower curtain rod to dry. Drying time was super fast... even faster when I pointed a fan on them. The overall quality of these shorts is fantastic, which is what I've come to expect from Under Armour. The material is comfy and airy. I'm not an athlete but I could certainly see these being used as running or soccer shorts. I washed these in warm water and dried with all my other clothes at a regular temperature. They came out looking just as good as they did going in. No shrinkage at all. Most definitely worth the price. Highly recommend. Read more

I got on sale in case they were too short which they kinda were for me personally but not indecent. I did keep because they are so comfortable I clean house in them, while at the house, great to sleep in also (sick family member required being out of town lately and having to share room to help with his care at times so these don’t show my hind since they have the liner just in case the blanket slides when it’s my sleep time). Does not have pockets wish they did, they do look good and fit good. The liner helps with riding up. Comfortable fabric and good quality. I needed something to wear at camp after a day of backpacking- requirements were that the items was to be light and packable, yet stylish. These shorts fit the bill, very comfortable to wear and super light. Beware, though: Item is not true to size. I usually wear a size 6, Amazon recommended a large. Skeptical of that recommendation, I ended up buying both large and medium, but have to return the medium because it is too tight. The large is too large, but thanks to the drawcord, it works. These shorts are a bit small. I am a thicker girl, working on losing weight. I also have Physical therapy for my knee where they ask me to wear shorts. I bought these wanting something but more feminine to wear and not so big a baggy. These are simply too small for my 5’8, 242lbs frame. I ordered 2XL (they didn’t have an 3xl) and they are too tight around my thighs and way too short. I will wear these around the house but definitely not out in public.
