I have 3 pairs of these in different colors. They are so comfy and have pockets! The 3inch seam ends up actually not being too short (if your taller like me) since they have a looser fit around the leg holes. I still probably wouldn't be doing any bending exercises in them, but for running they will keep your butt nicely covered.
