Runs absurdly big, scratchy material

I'm an xs and ordered xs and the sizing on this was kind of comical. I verified looking at both the tags, and printed on the shirt itself, and it says xs, so I wasn't sent the wrong size. I'd estimate this at about a woman's medium, just hugely tent like, and on top of that, the cut widens out a lot towards the bottom, making it look all the more ridiculous. Sizing aside, the material is thin, but kind of warm and unbreathable. It's also bizarrely scratchy for some reason, even after being washed twice. All these things considered, this is a very cheaply made shirt, but the pricing doesn't reflect this. This is the kind of quality I'd expect from some no-name brand for <$5, not from Under Armour.
