I like this pedal exerciser! It’s super easy to set up, folds up nicely, and works great for both arms and legs. I use it under my desk while working, and it’s quiet enough not to be distracting. The LCD screen is helpful to track time and calories. It does slide a bit on hardwood, but placing it on a mat fixes that. Perfect for staying active without needing a full gym setup. Great for seniors, remote workers, or anyone wanting gentle movement during the day! Read more
This is the best pull up bar for me or any one else. Why? okay so get this, I can't do a single pull up. Well this thing comes with straps. I use them to do rows and can change the resistance depending on how far I lean back. Great for just starting out and building up to do actual pull ups. Its a nice weight too, not cheap material. I'm 210 lbs and holds me fine. So far I've been doing row variants for 10 mins and hanging exercises, been sore for 2 weeks straight, right in my bedroom. it folds right up so it fits underneath my bed too. I have no idea why they made the spring so resistant for the arms of the bar but that is my one complaint. I can see some buyers having a hard time with it. Read more
I sit in an office all day and don't exercise as often as I should. This is great to keep blood flowing in my legs! The guide said to download the app, but I don't need to keep track of anything. Highly recommend! Read more

I purchased this to try out one for a low cost compared to one with more bells & whistles because I have a nerve disease in my feet that makes walking and exercising very painful & difficult. Bike works well and very easy to use, I got yoga sand bag weights to hold it in place, easier than the strap provided. Strap did hold it in place but kept tipping slightly side to side. The problem is the screen keeps resetting every few minutes on its own. More annoying then anything since I like to track the time used, have to use my phone instead. This doesn't effect the use of bike which is just fine, although the resistance is very light. I do not use under a desk but can see that my knees come up pretty far so not sure how well will work that way. Overall I will still use, was inexpensive and very light. My purpose is to help circulation without causing me severe pain as a regular exercise bike does. Read more

My physical therapist recommended 10 minutes a day on one of these. This is much less expensive than many other models I looked into, and it works perfectly. (I have not used the controls for time, etc.) It comes with accessories to attach it to the floor or a chair/table for added stability along with a gripper mat. I've used it on a rug and a wood floor and it hasn't needed any of these. Very satisfied. Read more
I bought this after watching a video of knee recovery suggestions following TKR. While this is pretty compact it functions well enough to get the blood flowing, and to flex the knee before an exercise routine. That does make a difference to me, and it fits with the sequence of things I did with formal PT. It is not a stationary bike, but gives enough pedal motion to ready the knees for further exercise.
