I bought this item because I needed a standard (Dumb) type wall charger without PD, w/o fast charge, and w/o rapid charge features for my R36S handheld game console . It isn't a very fast charger, but I was aware of that and it can charge my R36S up in about 2 hrs 31 mins, without overheating the game console battery or damaging the game console. Charger only gets slightly warm when charging, so no fear of any fire hazard with this charger. My R36S battery stayed cool while getting charged up!
