This is so great. I get sore after workouts and figured I would give this a try. This is so cool that it is portable and rechargeable. I like that it is wireless and that I can charge it and then just use it. It is easy to use, with great suction, and the perfect size to take wherever I need to take it. I'm very new to cupping, so my review is probably going to reflect my inexperience. I was introduced to it by my massage therapist, who used the technique on my back. This cupping set comes with 2 wireless automated devices. It also comes with 2 different sized "cups," 2 for each device (4 total). Which is great, because I have been trying it out for arthritis in my wrists. That's the main reason I got this set. I was also thrilled that the devices also include heat and red light settings. It has a vibration setting, too. I haven't tried the vibration yet, I've been focusing on the heat and red light settings. I'm unsure how long the charge lasts, as I put mine on the charger after each use. But, I've had no issues with them running out of juice before I finish using them. They're really easy to use. The instructions are bit confusing at first, but after some trial and error I was able to better associate the controls with the instructions. The suction is surprisingly strong! And quick. The set even comes with 2 little remote controls. I haven't tried those yet, as I've been fine with the controls on the devices themselves. Read more

To start: I have never used these before. I had heard of the tension release after using one. I received this product and was expecting it to come with at least 3. However, the package only contained one cup. It came pre-charged, and I pressed the button to see what it would do. The suction on this is great, and it also heats up. I do need someone else to put it on my back, but I can reach my calf myself to try it there. I think the heat could be a little more intense. I like how easy it is to use, so I will probably continue to use this to relieve muscle tension. Read more
