I could have sized down the pants were a little long but overall it’s decent. The fabric is soft and the jacket fits like a normal sports wear jacket. I don't really write reviews but I couldn't help myself. For reference I am 5'7" 190lbs. I got a size M. I'm writing this review for anyone who wants to see a real body wearing this fit. I am so overjoyed with it. Its warm. Its light and breathable and stretchy. I haven't worked out in it yet seeing as how it just came. But my range of motion is great. Not restricted at all. And I love the material. How it feels. I have severe excema so I'm very particular about how clothing feels on my skin. It's cooling. But you feel warm. I live the fit. It shapes around my curves perfectly and I have a very small waist and still it fit ne snugly and comfortably. Run to buy this. You won't regret it.
