Works as it should! I prefer a wired Ethernet connection for my new laptop that doesn’t come with one. This hub has that and more. It instantly recognized all of the components that were connected to this hub when I plugged it in. Read more
My All-in-One (AIO) desktop PC has all but one of its USB ports on its rear surface. The exception is a USB-C port on the side of the unit. Plugged into that side port, this USB multi-port expander saves me from having to reach over or around the AIO to connect USB devices or plug in an SD card. Very convenient. It would also come in handy for laptops with their meager supply of USB ports. The expander has a port for just about every type of USB plug known to humankind, including an SD slot AND a 3.5mm stereo audio socket for headphones. (I don't know how or why the latter works, but it does.) My little 1GB external SSD drive works fine when plugged in, with no noticeable read or write lags. The multi-genre plugs on the input cable allow you to plug the port expander into any available USB port, including the older types, like USB-B. Alas, that cable is rather short, but it puts the expander up front where I need it. Read more

Pros: Multiple Ports: This hub has everything I need – 4 USB-A ports and 1 USB-C port, all of which work simultaneously without any noticeable lag or issues. The additional USB-C port is great for fast data transfer or charging, making it versatile for multiple devices. Compact Design: The hub is small and portable, perfect for travel or minimizing clutter on my desk. It’s lightweight yet sturdy. Plug and Play: No drivers or additional software required, which made it incredibly easy to set up. I was up and running in no time. Stable Performance: I haven’t experienced any drop in data transfer speed or connectivity issues, even when multiple devices are plugged in at once. It handles external hard drives and USB peripherals without problems. Cons: Charging Speed: While the USB-C port supports power delivery, it doesn't charge devices as quickly as other dedicated chargers. So, if you’re looking for a super-fast charge, this may not be the ideal choice. Cable Length: The cable that comes with the hub is a bit short. For my setup, I had to place the hub closer to my laptop, which wasn’t a huge issue, but a longer cable would have been nice for more flexibility. Conclusion: Overall, the LUKCOZMO USB Hub is a reliable, efficient, and affordable solution for expanding your USB ports. It’s perfect for anyone who needs to connect multiple devices through a single USB-C port, and its compact design makes it easy to use on the go.
