You can do the 5 minute mode or the 10 minute mode. I do the 10 minute mode first thing in the morning and usually the 5 minute mode throughout the day. I wasn't sure what to expect but my son recommended trying hydrogen water for the health benefits and some digestion issues that I have. From the first use, I felt a difference but thought it was just a coincidence or placebo effect but after 3 weeks of drinking 4 bottles a day, I do feel more energy for sure. So much that I had to quit using it in the evening because I wasn't tired at bedtime. I really enjoy the taste of the water. It's hard to explain but there's a noticeable difference. So I’ve loved this hydrogen bottle for 6 months now BUT it stopped making the hissing sound when I push the button on top before opening it. I have searched for a way to contact them and have had no luck. When I go to past orders on Amazon it says the window for returns and support has closed. I’m super impressed with this hydrogen water bottle. It delivers on performance as expected , but it looks incredibly sleek and modern compared to other similar products. I really like the minimalist design and for some reason the glass feels thicker and more durable so I don't mind throwing it in my backpack and taking it around. The compact size is perfect for my daily use on the go or just at home. I really love that it has different modes.
