Love that I can get my pills set for a MONTH rather than taking the time to sort them out weekly. Even better, I just grab the disc for the day, throw it in my bag, and never have to worry about transferring them to a secondary container. Each disc has a compartment for morning and evening pills, and the compartments are quite sizable. The clasp on the compartments are very secure, and each disc is embossed with the day of the week. Super easy to keep track of my medications, and it comes with a carrying case, so the on-the-go convenience is great! Read more

Was very lucky to find this. It met more needs than I thought. It got tough remembering to pack a pillbox every week after having a baby. I wanted to do monthly, but I needed something that didn't take up a lot of space. Love that the containers can come out, but stay snug in the tray. There's a learning curve with getting them in and out of the tray, but I think it's because they can snap in by turning left or right, not just one way. When you get it, find your preferred way and practice a little. I've dropped these cases a few times and also thrown one in my purse when I'm in a rush, and not once have they popped opened. Haven't lost a single pill. Months later, the cases are still sturdy and I don't think the lids will get loose or break for a long time, if ever. Travel case is a bonus, it'd be nice if a tray would fit, too, but not a big deal that it doesn't. Really glad I found this. Read more

This is a great organizer! It holds 4 weeks of pills neatly and securely. The 4 trays separate so I can leave one tray on the bathroom counter and store the others in my cabinet. The plastic pill organizer is sturdy and good quality! Read more

Good: Most daily boxes don't fall out when overturned, but some do. This is an improvement over prior version where they all fell out. Each box is easy to open. Clip all trays together or pull apart. Day and night lid is clearly marked. Can fit many large pills. Very roomy. Great for travel. Bad: It is close to impossible to pry some daily cases out of the tray. They just don't come out. If you have arthritis in your hands, forget it. Days of week are poorly marked. Practically invisible. I had to use label printer to fix that. Included pouch doesn't fit one week tray, might work if you take the tray out, but then good luck reading the days of week. In the end, I decided to return as I don't want to spend my time trying to extract the daily case from the tray. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I’m not sure why others had issues with these containers. Some said the containers fall out, are difficult to click in and out, or hurt their hands. Maybe they didn’t realize you need to TWIST to click them in and out (righty-tighty, lefty-loosey). I used one hand to hold my phone while taking this video and the other hand to remove and replace one of the containers. I shook the container in the video showing that they don’t easily fall out. Another comment mentioned they couldn’t read the words on the containers, so they wrote on them with markers. Maybe the product has been updated since those reviews were written? I purchased this in February 2025, and this is the best pill organizer system I’ve owned. It holds all of my prescription pills, a huge multivitamin, and several gummy vitamins on one side (the morning side). You don’t see those in the video because I ran out and need to go buy more vitamins. It’s a great system for me since I can fit a month’s worth of meds in the organizer, which helps me avoid having several different-sized pill bottles in my vanity. I’m happy with this purchase Read more

I am really happy with this Monthly Pill Organizer. Loading the organizers were a bit chaotic until I developed a good system. They are well built and have handled multiple uses. What I like the best is that when I travel for a weekend, I can take the necessary pill containers and leave the rest at home. They fit in my purse or carryon back and I have never had one open in flight. (I have had others that I have had to tape closed to prevent that occurrence.) Some people have said that they are hard to get out of the frame holder, but I haven't had that issue. There is a trick and once you learn it they come out with ease. I highly recommend this for the busy, on the go person. Read more

Usability- When you open a container from both sides, squeeze them together and flex them back and forth, helps to open them and keep them from making it harder to fill. Speaking of hard to fill... These things are tedious as all get-out. Filling every container is a smart choice, but I basically fill the same one every day now because trying to go one by one and fill all of these is an exercise in patience that I don't have. Portable- If you fill out a week, grab the included sleeve, stuff them in, pack it, and go. Super useful...for one week. Should have come with some kind of soft case to cover the entire month. Readability- The text and symbols are good, but because of the way the disks are designed they only go in one way into the tray. This is nice because it puts the days face-up. It's not nice because this shaping mechanism could have been ignored in place of just putting the days on four cardinal directions on the sides of the disk. Overall 3/5, serviceable, but unwieldy, unnecessary design choices, questionable storage. Read more
