My experience with this steamer does not jive with all the 5 star reviews I've read. I've used the unit over 2 days with 1-1/2 tanks of water used between the 2 uses. The first use was to clean 4 different areas and items. The first was the kitchen sink. The narrow gaps between the stainless drain rings. This steamer set on 1 produced a minimal but noticeable amount of steam. One pass around the metal rings made no difference in cleaning the edge of the rings. Next, set the unit to 3 and attempted to clean the worst of the 2 rings. No difference in cleaning affect but the steam amount was quite a bit more. Then, set to 6 and the steam was major so I made several passes around both rings. Still not noticing any real difference. Grabbed a scotchbrite pad and cleaned both of the drain rings which did remove most of the scum wedged in there. Lastly another round with the steamer on 6. Finally the drain rings looked much better. Next item to clean was the jacuzzi tub. The drain ports, the switch button and vent and even the bumpled plastic floor. I didn't bother with the lower settings, set the steamer at max of 6. Still a good amount of steam but seemed a little weaker than previously on the sink. Over and over again and it finally made a slight difference. Grabbed a toothbrush and cleaned around the switch button and the outside of the jet plastic assemblies. The dirt came out fairly easily by brushing and then finished off with the steamer again. Finally the cleaned parts looked better. Now on to the toilet ring left by the water level in the bowl. Ours is a Toto and the instructions say not to use harsh chemicals or any brushes that may scratch. Using a small cup to lower the water level, the ring stain in the bowl was faint but noticable. Several passes around with no noticable difference. I then attached the medium brush attachment to the steamer wand and went around several more times. Steamer set to 6 each time with the toilet. Water ring on the porcelain still showed. Lastly during phase one using the remaining water in the tank, I attempted to clean some small food spots dripped on a kitchen rug. The floor itself is tile, but we have a 5 x 6 foot decorator rug between the sink and the fridge. The steamer on 3 was able to remove all but 2 spots that looked as though they may had been fruit punch spills or something. The intensity of the red spots were lessened slightly however. Next day, second tank filled using distilled water this time. When first powered on, unlike the first day and tank full, setting #1:was not nearly the same water and steam as before. Set to 3 seemed like 1 from the previous day. 6 was much better but comparable to 3 maybe 4 from the first use and tank filling. I tried cleaning an eight foot long rubber rub mark that had been left on the center of our concrete curb by a vehicle tire rub in front outside of the house. First steamed with the nozzle jet and then with the brush. I had cleaned this mark previously using a hand brush some weeks earlier when it was first discovered but was only able to remove 90% of it back then. I had high hopes the rest of the rubber mark would come out using the steamer on 6. Waited until it dried to see if there was any difference. Nope. Next I tried to clean a couple of rust stains on our front concrete porch. No difference using water alone even with the brush attachment installed. Grabbed some CLR and a stiff hand brush and brushed the stained areas. The foam created by the CLR turned a rusty color, so i knew the chemical was affecting the rust. Dobbing the dirty foam up with paper towels and finishing off with the steamer on 6 setting. Now as powerful as the 3 setting previously, the steamer has diminished in steam and water output significantly and I was only on the second tank. Once dried, one of the rust stains was noticeably diminished but the worst one was no different. The concrete around the stains was brighter though. Probably from the CLR and brushing. To nearly finish out second tank full of water, I blasted away several died bird droppings on our front sidewalk that has large trees above it where the birds love to poop from above. Here the steamer really shined. On 6 it cleaned everything 100%. So there you have it. The steamer cleans a few things well on it's own but for many cleaning jobs it either requires extra brushing or chemicals to make a difference. For me, this steamer is more of a sterilizer than a cleaner. A couple of other things I did and didn't like about the unit itself. Being able to turn the unit on and off and change the intensity of the steam from the pistol end is nice. BUT there ought to be an intensity number on the control pistol head. There isn't even a light there, only on the base unit. Also, the fitting built into the pistol is slightly loose now especially when it's hot. It wobbles and turns slightly if using the stainless extension with a brush on the end. When I turn the unit off, say when on 6 setting, when powered back on it comes back on at 1 setting. Kind of annoying as at the end of my short use, 6 setting was always required. Probably a safety thing. I wish the drain plug on the bottom was in a corner instead of the middle as it's hard to get the remaining water out. Nitpicking? So my overall impression with very little use of this steamer. This is NOT a professional quality tool. Home owner grade at best. Maybe i received a dud as this one has lost 50% of it's power with maybe 3 hours or less and two tanks of water used. I would have liked to order a replacement, but shortly after ordering, before it even arrived, it showed 'currently unavailable.' Too bad too sad Read more
It's awesome, heats up very quickly with powerful and consistent steam blast. You'll have to use some of the attachments to scrub stains or grime. I like using this on the bathrooms and in the garage it does what I need. I recommend this one if you prefer cleaning with steam like I do it has a large tank that will keep you going. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I was super excited for this steam cleaner. It came packaged well and right on time. It took me a little bit to figure out how to use it as I’ve never used one of these before. But after I did, watch out dirt & grime. I first tried it on my kitchen sink. In just a few seconds it looks brand new without any harsh chemicals or strain from scrubbing. I am very happy with this product. I can’t wait to try my oven and showers. It holds a good amount of water which helps preventing having to stop and refill too frequently. Read more

Very easy to assemble. It wasn’t heavy at all. There is small drainage hole at the bottom of the unit and you can drain the water after each use. It’s a good tool for using for small tasks. Read more
Haven’t used. Package indicates the product was not new as requested. Read more
So this is not what this little thing was intended for but as I was working on a woodworking project I needed to steam some wood so I could bend it, this little steam cleaner worked great. If you have that need, this is for you. Read more
