These gloves are a must for anyone working with their hands or working outside! My husband is a master electrician and works outside daily, he is able to handle small screws without having to take these off. Heats up quickly and keeps the chill off without feeling uncomfortably warm. I have Raynauds, and my fingers often go numb in cold weather. These help keep the numbness at bay. With these, I was able to put up Christmas lights in the cold (~15-20°F) for an hour or so and maintain finger dexterity. They are not wind or water proof, so I will sometimes wear a pair of mittens over them. They're great for everyday use and for full day wear. The battery lasts about a week for every day to and from work use, or about a day if I keep them on for an afternoon outside. They charge up fairly quickly too. Of note, they run really big. I’m not very happy with how these gloves perform overall. 1. I expected to feel heat in each finger, but the warmth is mostly limited to the palm and the lower part of the thumb. My fingers stay cold, which defeats the purpose of heated gloves. 2. I wear a large watch, and the battery sits right over it. The battery placement would be much better on the wider part of the hand or wrist, where it wouldn’t interfere. 3. On the plus side, the touchscreen functionality works well. iPhone users shouldn’t have any issues. 4. Dexterity is decent, I was able to button my coat cuffs while wearing them. I do HVAC work, commercial and industrial. Some days I am out all day and temperatures below freezing, and these are by far the best gloves. They are thin enough where I can grab nuts and bolts without having to take the gloves off at all. But also thick enough to wear if the battery dies my hand still stay warm if the weather is above 20° outside. Being blue collar and putting these gloves through abuse I’m sure I will have to buy a pair every year, but I am totally fine with this since they will be used for climbing ladders, removing and repairing heavy equipment, such as commercial HVAC unit units. I really like that the gloves are not thick.my right hand gets cold and painful. These gloves work great getting in a cold car until it’s warm. Yes they are thin and in wind it will take the heat away so if you have to be out in the cold awhile I would recommend getting a unlined glove to go over these. I thought I had finally found a pair of heated running gloves but they weren’t warm enough for me. They weren’t as good as a hand warmer. Fit and quality were 5/5 though so if you don’t need much, these could work for you. Read more
