The pencil skirt that I ordered from 'Urban Coco' was delivered on time and packed so that it was in good condition when I unwrapped it. The skirt if fantastic. It's made of a heavier material so it will be perfect for fall, winter, spring and even summer if you order a light color. I'm 4"11", ordered a small and the skirt fit perfectly.
