I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this jacket! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! This is as nice as any Chanel jacket I've ever seen. The quality of the fabric is superb, as well as the tailoring and details. The buttons are absolutely a gorgeous finishing touch. They seem to be metal, not cheap plastic. I bought the black cropped with 2 upper pockets and rounded bottom. I'm going to style it with my Ralph Lauren straight leg, dark wash jeans and a satin cami. This could also be easily dressed up with a skirt or dress and heals. I'm going to buy it in the other style, too, in the white! For fitting reference, I'm 5' 5" tall, 36 C, 130 lbs and average to shorter waist and arms. It is tight when buttoned, but I like it open. It hits just below my waist, at my hip bone. I'm rather short waisted. The sleeves are a bit long, but not too long to look or feel awkward. This is a beautiful jacket, well structured, substantial fabric, weighty. Very good quality, especially for the price point. I ordered the cream/white, as it is so elegant. It is weighty enough to wear as a fall/winter white piece. I am 5’10” with a long torso, so I wish it was an inch longer, but the fit works and arm length is perfect for me. Ordered a Medium. Love this cute jacket. Makes you look so posh and elegant! I've been eying this for awhile now. At first I tried the white one but that didn't look good on me but the black one looked stunning so I recommend trying on multiple colors to see which one looks good on you. I deeply regret purchasing this blazer. I ordered it on November 30, and it did not arrive until December 19—an unreasonably long wait. By the time I was able to open the package due to personal circumstances, I discovered that the blazer was much too large. I immediately reached out to customer service to request an exchange for a smaller size, only to be told no exchanges allowed. I then asked for a return or refund, and again, they refused. When I asked what I was supposed to do with an unworn, ill-fitting blazer, their response was essentially "we don’t know, but we can’t help you." So, to be clear: ✔️ I received an item that doesn’t fit. ✔️ It has never been worn. ✔️ The company is still selling this product, yet refuses to take back a brand-new, unused item and provide me with one that actually fits. This is not just terrible customer service—it’s blatant wastefulness. This blazer is clearly cheap, mass-produced fast fashion, which I normally try to avoid because of its negative environmental impact. Ironically, the one time I take a chance on it, they double down on being wasteful and unethical by refusing to allow a simple exchange or return. At this point, I’m out $76 for a product I cannot use, and instead of allowing it to go to someone who could actually wear it, they would rather let it go to waste. Unacceptable. 👎 Terrible company. 👎 Terrible customer service. 👎 Terrible sizing. DO NOT PURCHASE.
