I still love my wood cutting board, but it does require upkeep, oiling and salting. I bought these boards because i needed some cutting boards that are easy to clean and don't require upkeep. These cutting boards deliver. The only thing I dislike about them is they can dull my knives. Also, if they get wet from juices (such as a juicy lemon) as you are cutting, your knife can slip. I find it am constantly drying the boards when cutting juicy produces for that reason. I like the sizes of the boards and use them daily. Read more
They are good sizes, no sharp edges, very pretty! I haven't used them yet for cutting meat, hopefully they don't scratch, but great for fruits and veggies. I put them in the dishwasher for their first wash, and the small one came out with a discolored smudge. I tossed my plastic boards, so fingers crossed these are the answer to a more hygienic, cleaner cutting board! Read more
Set of 3 cutting boards. I like it better than plastic for sure and they are more versatile than wooden cutting boards. They are lighter than marble. Good luck finding good quality marble boads. The boards are not stretch resistant, and if leaving fingerprints is your pet peeve, then you will need to do some extra polishing to get rid of them. So this is a nice alternative for now.
